The Elders and young leaders #WalkTogether for global peace

The Elders and 50 future policy makers, brought to the UK by the British Council from around the world, joined forces to #WalkTogether for Peace in central London on 23 October 2017.

They were joined by local young leaders, Pride in London, UK civil society groups including the British Council, Muslim Aid, Restless Development, business change makers and more. Together the group walked from Trafalgar Square to Nelson Mandela‚Äôs statue in Parliament Square demonstrating solidarity with Sparks of Hope working for peace around the world.
